Contoured Headrest (CHR) Pads

Metalcraft offers two sizes of contoured headrests. All contoured headerst sizes have medial/lateral contouring to provide better contact and encourage the individual to center his/her head. The contoured headrests are made of steel and plated to resist corrosion. The metals have a recessed area in the center for the two rows of #10-32 press nuts. The holes are on 1" centers. The front of the metal is first covered with a 3/8" layer of closed cell foam and then we put on a 1" layer of firm HR foam. The rear is covered with a 1/8" layer of dense neoprene foam. The headrest is upholstered with a variety of fabrics and colors, see chart below. For headrest dimensions see drawings tab above.
