Offset Single Tube Mounting Plate

This mounting bracket allows the mounting of headpositiong brackets such as the 90 degree vertical tube. The bracket allows for vertical adjustment of brackets mounted within the square tube opening. This bracket also allow for additional posterior positioning of head positioning pads. Entire part is fabricated from stainless steel.
